Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused cleaning products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
